Everything You Need to Know

What is your return policy?

Returns are allowed up to 7 days from receiving your order which is determined through tracking. Returns must be in original condition and original packaging. If an item is received damaged or broken, all contents of the package must be returned. Customer can determine if they want a refund or replacement. Shipping is non refundable and customer must pay shipping for a returned order. Customer will be refunded for the cost of the item once the order is received by warehouse.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept any forms of easy pay as of now, but will look to include them in the future.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping costs are determined by current rates based on location. We are not responsible for the handling of your order once it leaves our facilities. However, we are aware that things beyond our control can happen and we will be willing to work with you on a case by case basis.

Are your products handmade?

Each piece is made by hand, tested, and inspected in house. We ensure that we are offering the highest quality by carefully selecting the best materials that we can find.

What materials do you use?

We use a variety of genuine semiprecious gemstones, each having their own individual spiritual meaning as well as a variety of high quality specialty beads. For more information about our gemstones, see our gemstone tab for more details.
